Small, consistent actions, sustained over time, create profound and lasting change. This challenge will help you establish daily practices that are both impactful and sustainable. Over the next 40 days, I will invite you to a micro-retreat to reflect, cultivate awareness and activate the wilder, authentic parts of yourself.
Once enrolled, you will receive your first preparation challenge, followed by a daily challenge for the next 40 days.
To get the most out of this challenge I recommend:
- Having a dedicated time set aside for this challenge – no more than 20 – 25 minutes a day. If possible, make this a consistent time each day, so that it becomes part of your routine for 40 days
- Having a space free of clutter and distraction
- A journal to take notes as you engage with each challenge question
- A willing and curious mindset
What to expect:
This challenge has many intentions: It may serve you in going inward to work on the transformation you desire in your life. It might help guide you to a new path or reconnect you to the track you know is there. Wherever this challenge finds you now, after 40 days of daily micro-activities, you will find yourself closer to discovering and connecting to the track of your life
You will receive a daily invitation that includes:
- An audio journal entry from my 40-day solitary retreat in a treehouse in the wild African bush
- An awareness prompt to focus your attention towards reflection, contemplation and your internal guidance
- A micro-action, in the form of a question to answer or a task to follow through
Incremental daily action, and intentional shifts in perception and behaviour will ultimately lead to meaningful transformation.
