I really resonated with today’s episode. Inner work has almost become an obsession for me. What started with the odd ceremony a few years ago has become a daily practice. Is this a healthy obsession? I don’t know! What I do know is my outer world reflects a very different me and that is good. Being seen is a challenge for me too, I find it a bit overwhelming to be that vulnerable and exposed.
